Hoop Classes

Embrace your inner dancer and become one with hoop flow as you sculpt your body, heighten your sensory awareness and enjoy an action packed cardiovascular workout! No previous experience necessary. Hoops will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing and bring hydration! ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME.

As of Tuesday June 7th, I will be teaching The Art of Hoop Dance @ the Mauldin Cultural Center!

These sessions are pre-registration only and there are 2 different sessions available:
Tuesdays 6 - 8 p.m.
(June 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th, July 6th due to the Holiday, 13th, 20th, 27th

Wednesdays 6 - 8 p.m.
June 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, July 6th, 14th, 21st, 27th

$120 per 8/wk session, no refunds
Adults and children 15yrs+
